Sometimes you just don’t want to cook another meal. Thankfully, there are food delivery apps that make it easy to order delivery from your favorite restaurants. These apps let you order food and other items from thousands of restaurants, track your delivery in real-time, find deals, and more. Here is our list of the best food delivery apps, and how you can find the cheapest and fastest delivery service in your area.

Grubhub: Largest Selection of Restaurants

  • Delivery Fee: Set by restaurant
  • Surge Pricing: No
  • Minimum Price: Set by restaurant

Grubhub claims that it has the largest selection of restaurants of any food delivery service. The app features over 300,000 restaurants in over 4,000 cities in the US. So, if you want to order food from a restaurant, there’s a good chance you can find it in this app.

Unlike other delivery service apps, Grubhub leaves the delivery fee and minimum price up to the restaurant. However, the delivery service does take a commission from each restaurant, and that cost is passed on to you.

If you don’t want to pay a delivery fee, you can sign up for a Grubhub+ subscription. Then you will get free delivery on orders over $12 from participating restaurants. You will also earn exclusive deals as a subscriber with the Perks program that lets you get free delivery or save money on your orders.
